WorkArena’s expert team recently completed a significant office relocation and furniture fitout project for, NASDAQ listed, Pegasystems’ APAC Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. As a MillerKnoll Authorised Dealer, WorkArena collaborated with Element Projects as Project Manager and Wool+Hay as Designer to create a space that aligns with Pega’s values of employee wellness, inclusion, and professional growth. WorkArena performed a top class relocation process that seamlessly transitioned Pega’s workforce into a brand-new, larger space to accommodate their expansion needs; the solutions provided included:

The relocation of Pega’s APAC Headquarters was more than just a move – it represented a strategic shift to accommodate the company’s growth and evolving work culture. The new 950m2 space in Sydney’s CBD was carefully selected to provide Pega with a modern and centrally-located office that could serve as a hub for their Asia-Pacific operations, designed to better meet their team needs.
The move was partly motivated by the need to accommodate flexible working arrangements, as their team members are working in their office more often. This insight guided the project team in creating a versatile office environment that could support both in-office collaboration and remote work capabilities, ensuring that Pega could maintain its operational efficiency and team cohesion in an agile work landscape.
